Broker Requirements

For a Broker, we need to know the following:

1. Your USDOT number
2. Your broker bond name, its limit, the agent’s name and telephone number

And require the following files uploaded:

1. Your certificate of incorporation or your certificate of formation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC)
2. Your broker’s license
3. Your broker’s surety bond
