You can also import your existing Carrier contacts from all previous jobs into your UDispatch address book. Accurate dispatching reduces errors
Dispatch forms contain a VIN decoder and Google Maps connected to pick-up and delivery locations, and lets you easily set up lists of reminders for each vehicle in your Dispatch. Accessing your address book as well as the list of main auto auctions makes the Dispatch posting process even faster.
Simplified task management
Organize and track details for each Dispatch. Any additional tasks for the Carrier to complete besides picking up or dropping off the vehicle may be added to the Dispatch, and we will send a reminder to the Carrier. For the Bill of Lading, just click the checkbox, and the Carrier gets your request and a pre-filled BOL (VIN, type, year, make, model, color pick-up/drop off locations, and all contact information). With UDispatch, you’ll always receive BOLs and all digital paperwork in a secure environment.
Real time updates and smart alerts
With UDispatch’s push notifications, email, text and chat functions, you’ll always know the status of the job. Using our mobile app, you can track the location of the Carrier while your vehicle is in transit.
Less financial paperwork
Pay invoices electronically through a variety of methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You can easily store and access your invoices and transaction history reports with UDispatch’s accounting tools, synchronize with your Quickbooks or Xero, or do both. We securely store all your files, and understand you may have your own preferred method as well. With UDispatch, you can easily save Dispatches, BOLs, and invoices as PDFs or in your Dropbox, and then send via link or attachment through UDispatch secured chat or via email. All documents have printable versions.
