Carrier Requirements

If you are applying for a Carrier account, please submit following:

1. Your ICC MC number and your USDOT number
2. Your cargo insurance company name, your policy number, its limit and deductible
3. Your liability insurance company name, your policy number, its limit and deductible
4. Your insurance broker’s name and telephone number

And require the following files uploaded:

1. Your certificate of incorporation or your certificate of formation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC)
2. Your cargo insurance certificate and a copy of the insurance card
3. Your liability insurance certificate and a copy of the insurance card
4. Your truck registration card
5. Your trailer registration card
