The Dispatch Agreement

The Dispatch Agreement is the legally binding contract between the Shipper and the Carrier. Both parties agree to uphold the Terms of Dispatch (the date/time/location for pickup and delivery, payment terms, etc.) in order to fully and faithfully execute the Dispatch Agreement.
