Dispute resolution

UDispatch cannot guarantee that Shippers or Carriers will do what they say will do, or what they have signed on contractually to do. We facilitate several forms of instant communication between all parties via UDispatch, and will do everything possible to resolve any disagreements between a Shipper and a Carrier over a particular Dispatch. If any party involved in a dispute is in violation of UDispatch Terms of Use or clearly acting outside of common sense boundaries, we reserve the right to terminate that User’s account, effective immediately.
