Quick Confirm (Shipper/Broker)

Quick Confirm is a feature new to the industry and unique to UDispatch. Once a Shipper accepts a Carrier’s request for a Dispatch, the Carrier then has to confirm his commitment to the Shipper. Using Quick Confirm gives Shippers the control of setting a time limit for a Carrier to confirm that commitment. If the Carrier responds within the allotted time, the job automatically goes to the Carrier; if not, the Dispatch will become available for other Carriers. It serves as an automatic cancellation option when a Carrier is late in responding.
