Refund Policy

At UDispatch, we're confident that working with our platform will increase your company's efficiency and profitability. However, if you feel that it's not a good fit for your business, you may cancel your UDispatch account at any time, with the full amount of that month’s charges refunded to you, regardless of which day of the month you choose to terminate your account. If you have paid for an annual subscription, we will prorate the remainder for the year and refund that amount to you, and that will include with the entirety of the charges for the month in which you have cancelled your account.
