Password requirements

Our current password requirements are as follows:

Eight (8) characters minimum. These must include at least one number, one uppercase character and one lowercase character.

Every time you log onto your UDispatch account, an automated system checks the password you entered successfully against our minimum password policy requirements. If our requirements have been updated, and your password doesn't meet our current minimum policies, we automatically trigger a password reset request by sending a link to the email address attached to your UDispatch account.
